Shipping Policy

1. Processing & Shipping Times

  • Order Processing: Once you place your order, please allow 2-5 business days for processing. This time includes order verification, quality check, and packaging.
  • Production Time for Custom Items: Since each item is made to order, custom products (like t-shirts, hoodies, and accessories) may take an additional 5-10 business days for production.
  • Estimated Shipping Times:
    • United States: 4-10 business days
    • Canada: 7-15 business days
    • International: 12-25 business days
  • Please note that these times are estimates. Occasionally, circumstances outside of our control, like high demand or carrier delays, may impact delivery times. We recommend ordering early, especially around holiday seasons.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs vary based on your location, the product type, and the quantity ordered. Rates will be calculated at checkout for accuracy.

3. Tracking & Delivery

  • Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link so you can monitor its progress from our fulfillment center to your doorstep.
  • Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update, so please check back if it doesn’t show immediately.
  • Customs Fees for International Orders: International orders may be subject to customs fees, depending on your country’s regulations. Please check with your local customs office to be informed of any additional charges.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Apparel & Accessories: Returns are accepted for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged clothing items within 30 days of delivery.
  • Home Decor & Other Products: Items like posters or mugs must be unused and in original packaging to qualify for return.

2. Return Process

  • Step 1: Contact us within 30 days of receiving your item. Please include your order number and a brief description of your issue.
  • Step 2: If eligible, we’ll provide return instructions. Please note that return shipping fees are generally the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of defects or incorrect items.
  • Step 3: Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

3. Exchanges

  • Need a different size or color? Contact us. If the item is available, we’ll arrange an exchange once we receive the original item back.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Please provide a photo and your order number, and we’ll resolve it with a replacement or a full refund.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain items cannot be returned, including gift cards, personalized orders, and items marked as final sale.
